I just received my Wells Gardner D9400 monitor from fedex and the box was in laughably terrible condition. I'm pretty sure there is no way this thing can possibly work, but since WG is closed now and I have to wait until tomorrow before I call them, I figured I'd try and get some help here. I plugged it in, and I can hear a clicking sound, and a green light lights up on the board, but there is no picture or anything. I looked all around for an on/off switch, but can find no such thing. Is there anything else I have to do to turn it on after plugging it in?

Even if it did work now I'd still send it back.. if it got beat up in shipment it could still fail prematurely and probably right after the warranty was up.

Of course with Wells-Gardner's grerat design ::) I'm sure it's working correctly. :laugh2:

Sent it back, got a new one via UPS. Box was in excellent condition and the monitor has no problems. Good customer service.
