Title: Mame cabinet needed in Italy

I have a friend in Italy that is looking for a turn-key (or close to turn-key) mame cabinet.
I'm sure he can add a PC if needed... but everthing else would need to be completed.
It seems that shipping is the greatest obsticle.

So, are there any mame builders in (or near) Italy that would build/sell a cabinet.

If not, he should try in Austria/Switzerland/Germany
