Title: how do i get my tv to work?

i've got my tv connected to my graphics card with s-video going to scart i've also got a monitor plugged into the graphics card how do i display it on the tv if i right click on the desktop go properties settings i've only got a picture of one monitor if i do that on my other pc i have two numbered 1 and 2 i'm running xp
help please

i'm using a old nivida geforce 2 mx 400 with the latest nivida drivers
