Title: My Hantarex MTC-9000 20" Monitor needs fixing

Was working fine had just adusted the syncs and brightness was playing fine left it for 5 mins and the screen went black and wont turn on looking for a some one to fix it or replace it

before sending for repair there are some checks you should make,first where did you adjust the brightness and how high did you turn it up,then see if there is an orange glow from the tube neck(at the back of the cab),also are you still getting games sounds?

the games still working as can add credit and hear sounds there is no glow at the neck of the rear of the monitor  i ajusted it on the control pannel at the back only a small amount.

really need to get it fixed as i miss my games lol so any one out there in the uk or london want to help me fix it.

i know a tech in the london area that can fix it for you,otherwise you could take the whole monitor out and take it down to hanatarex in sydenham hill.
i can't find the tech's number atm but if you want it i will have a search

yes please if you could find it. have tryed ringing hantarex but no one picks the phone

will drop him a line today have removed the monitor and discharged it ready for repair now.

thanks for the help wish i was a electronical wiz but unless its computers or Big american trucks im not that gooder help lol
