Title: dual output video card question and recomendation

how does these cards work ?? I need one that outputs 2 signals at the same time. for my desktop with 1280x1024 and my arcade cabinet. monitor does 640x480. can someone recommend a decent video card. I wont be playing 3d games or anything. budget is  $50-100. has to be AGP and maybe ati brand(ati product always worked great for me).

I know that with the software my ATI comes with, you can set the second display as a clone. I do that when I run it to my television.
