Yeah that is quite the weenie power supply, but it should handle what your doing fine. Just make sure that your motherboard supports it though. Is the arcade pcie? If it is you'll have to double check to make sure that it will work on your dell. *warning* for some stupid reason dell likes to not only just include onboard video, but they have costs cut so tight that they don't even have a graphics card slot. So when you want to upgrade you get to buy a new dell ??? Power supply could use a little more oomph though, a 400+ watt power supply is super cheap on newegg.com, any atx power supply should do.

I am struggling with this issue myself.  I have a motherboard with onboard video (Nvidia chipset) and I'm having problems.  We think it may be a defective ACGA2 PCIe card, so I am in the process of exchanging it.  We'll see what the outcome is, but integrated graphics has problems (at least in my case I think).  I am keeping my fingers crossed.  We'll see once I get the replacement card.

Here's what's happening with the card I just sent back (before and after install):

I'll keep you posted.

Well, I finally got my new AVGA2 card working perfectly.  I'm assuming it was a defective card, but for good measure I decided to replace the motherboard that does not have integrated video onboard, just in case.  The AVGA2 is now behaving as it should.

I'm almost positive it was an issue with the card itself though.  Probably defective memory on the card.

I've used the AVGA2 with a 250W PSU before, no problems.  Although it was the AGP version.
