How do I power on this monitor?
My last monitor had a normal 3-prong plug, guess I simply expected this one to be the same. So I need to buy a power supply, or can I use my computer's? These are the only cables that came with the monitor along with the VGA cable. Any helpful links out there someone can recommend?

So just to confirm, all I would have to do is attach the three wires (hot, ground, neutral) from the molex connector to an appliance cord using wire nuts, plug it into a wall socket and I'm good to go? Also, this monitor doesn't require an isolation trasformer, so no worries there.
I'm just looking for a quick nod here so I don't have to worry about blowing this baby up, assuming I connect the correct wires together.

It didn't come with a manual that shows a picture or schematice of the wiring harnesses? Also, do a site search. At least one person semi-recently has installed one of these in their cab.

Yeah it didn't come with any instructions, just the two cables. I wired the molex cable up last night to an AC power cord and it booted fine. Thanks for the advice.

Could you post the pinouts in case someone else searches this and has the same issue?

Sorry so late. I snapped a pic for anyone who might need it. All I had to do was take the supplied molex cable and cut off one of the connector ends, then wire a standard appliance cord (I got mine for $7 at Home Depot) to the three wires using screw nuts. There's a molex slot on the monitor where the newly wired cord connects to, and that's pretty much it. The green is ground, the purple are hot and neutral. I plugged it in and it powered on fine.

Good deal.
How are you liking the monitor? Is it working well for CGA, EGA, and VGA games? How are the controls, etc?

I managed to boot it up once and everything seemed fine, although I didn't get to do as thorough a test as I had wanted. Unfortunately, I had a computer meltdown with my mame cab and I haven't been able to use the monitor since. It appears to be the motherboard and it's set me back quite a ways.
