Title: The Fortress of Solitude is REAL!

For those of you not in the know, that is where Superman goes to recharge and chat with daddy.

Saw this in a Nat'l Geographic magazine. Very neat cave - it is called the Cave of Crystals. You'd think those unimaginative ---daisies--- would have seen Superman and named it appropriately ;D.

Took me a full minute before I realized there is a person in that photo.

I love how it says "the one geologist is trying to convince the mining company to save it"... as if destroying something like that should even be an option.

Quoted for complete agreement... man, that cave is one of the most mind blowing things I've ever seen in my life! I totally want to go there some day soon, before something bad happen...
