Depends.  It's an out of the box solution to save you time (but not money) and it uses the same highly-rated parts (except for the U360s) many on this forum use.  I don't know the orientation of the outer players so I can't tell you if they go that whole "angle-stick" route which I'm not a fan of at all.  And I would definitely go with different artwork.   But otherwise, it seems pretty solid.

The preceding is based on product description and pics.  Someone with hands-on experience may give you a more detailed opinion.

Thanks Dave. I've posted this in a few forums and you are the only one to comment. I guess these aren't very popular or no one has actually purchased them.

I cannot comment directly on the 4-player panel, but I bought a 2-player panel blank from Arcades 'r' Fun and populated it myself.

The workmanship is excellent.  The panel is hinged so you can lift the lid from the back as well to get inside.  I have nothing but fantastic things to say about the quality.
