Title: TRON joystick
Post by: yukonblaze on February 04, 2008, 10:35:33 am
Replacing leafswitch oin joystick and found the coiled wire housing the two wires to be broken.  Is this necessary to be there or can it be replaced with standard wirte wrap?

Standard wire should be fine.  I have a Tron wiring harness if you want it.  I re-wired mine recently and don't have a use for it.

I am actually asking about the 'spring' looking thing going from switch, through joystick, to the connector.  I was wondering if I could remove the 'spring'.
THanks

Sorry, I misread your post.  No, you don't need it there.
