Title: Bank Panic runs too fast and two pictures

Hi.

I just bought an original SEGA Bank Panic pcb.

The picture appears twice on the screen (like in the attached picture...not an actual screenshot!!) and the music and all the game runs far too fast.

Any hints what might be the problem?

There's an osc in the right bottom corner....how can I check if it's ok??
