so my wife is due in march. our first...its a boy. im pretty excited/scared/nervous/happy all at the same time right now, but i guess thats normal.
anyway, ive seen so many of my friends with kids, and they are being brought up on crappy music and wannabe rock bands like Fall Out Boy. "not my son!" i said to myself. he needs to be rockin out to true rock icons, but without all the death and destruction laced lyrics pumped into his little mind. i dont want him to be worrying about sticking it to the man until he's of proper age....2.
but heres the deal, how to play awesome music, yet make the wife happy and still have a sweet innocent wonderful nursery. here is the solution...

the thing i like about it is that you really cant tell right away that its metallica or whatever. it still sounds very much like a gentle lullabye, but it will be one of those things that youll be listening to and be like "wait....isn't that....no, couldnt be....wait....thats Enter Sandman!". ha. awesome.
