If I end up getting this cockpit, absolutely, as I don't have room for both.

Chad, did you score the cockpit?  The listing is gone.

Couldn't get a hold of the guy.  I'm hoping to swing by after work, maybe, and see what happened.

Tried to stop by on the way home... no one was in the building.  It's a pretty rundown seedy looking old warehouse with an impound lot out back.

That would have been odd if you had gotten it seeing as it is in my garage right now.

His joke made sense because he actually lives within driving distance.

soooo.....what happened anyway. I see now the listing had a BIN of 350. Iwould have paisd that easily. That wasn't like that originally, was it??  I thought it had bids over 100 bucks already when i looked at it.
Also, I just looked at the current auctions and quite a few are doubled up. I doubt he has 2 Time Piolot 84 cocktails, but you never know i guess....can anyone vouch for this seller?

I would swear it was over $100 with no BIN when I looked at it too.

Still can't get a hold of Bonin Amusements.  This is getting annoying.  I have been meaning to get in there and check them out for a year or more now... I've heard they are almost never around the shop, though, and it seems to be true.

Well if they are never around the shop then there is a decent chance they still have the cab.  If  you cant get in touch with them then no one else can either.  Just camp outside or put a note on their door or something.  Maybe in a year you will get a reply.

I'll take "because you live several hours further away than he does" for $200, Alex.

Sith from NJ? I think i would have made that trip for it at $350 BIN. I've driven 4.5 hours(9)  for a Space Duel, mostly for the monitor but it turned out to be a cool game. So for a SW cockpit I would spend a day driving. Price of gas just shot below $3 finally. ::)

I used to be like that.  Drove to the QC border in VT 3 years back for the Tank II I'm restoring.  Been to NJ for a game.  I won't drive all that far anymore unless it is either a ridiculous deal or a specific game.

that's funny...that's where i got the space duel. right around St. Albans.

I got a response from the seller finally.....all he said though , in a nutshell " Star Wars is gone"
