Title: Frontend SFX
Post by: Franco B on January 24, 2008, 07:18:54 pm
I'm currently setting up Mala as my front end and I've been looking for some nice SFX with limited success for when launching games, exiting them, swapping between emulators and going up and down the lists.

Are there any resources for such samples? What SFX do you guy use?

I think it would be nice to get a pool of SFX that people could choose from if they are looking for some SFX. They could be separated into categories like intro, launch, exit, emu change and scroll etc.

Anyone think this would be a good idea and/or would be willing to share there SFX?

I use SFX from games, sampled by using M1's wav recording feature. I use Atari's generic-ish sound effects (coin drop etc).
