Hi all,
I'm building an arcade cabinet for my own. I use en simple front end called MAMEWAH to select all my games and select the platform (Zsnes, n64, mame, etc).
Everything works fine, except the controls in Zsnes if I load a snes game in mamewah.
I can push on my joysticks what I want, but I get no reaction.
Is there something that i get my joysticks work in Zsnes when i'm loading a game in mamewah? Must I change something in de *.ini files from mamewah / Zsnes?
Thank you!

P.S: If I start ZSNES stand alone, the joysticks works fine. Strange, isn't?

It all depends on how your joysticks are connected to your PC - via a hacked joypad or some other way?
I've worked with Mamewah for ages and not envcountered strangeness like this.

I have no idea since I am at work right now, but does ZSNes default to "keyboard" mode and perhaps require the user to turn on "joystick" mode?
Can you play a ZSNes game by starting it manually (ie: not by using MameWah at all) and have your joysticks work properly?
Are you using normal 8-way joysticks, U360 joysticks, joystick hack connected via serial port, etc.. etc...?

Alright, the following:
I have ONE frontend called MAMEWAH for my arcade games (MAME emu.) and Super Nintendo Games (Zsnes emu.)
I also have controlls for my arcade games (arcade joystick and 6 buttons) and I have 2 joypads for my super nintendo games.
So if I start Zsnes alone (without mamewah) the joypads works great.
If I start Zsnes with MAMEWAH, my 2 joypads don't work anymore. :badmood:
I searched on the internet and i think it has to do with "window focus", Zsnes isn't focus when loaded with mamewah.
I also found that I have to play with {dosbox} and {safelaunch} to solve the problem, but that doesn't help.
Can you help me? :D
