MY monitor seems to have lost it's WHITE. :dunno
It's like everything that is supposed to be white is a dark grey. Adjusting the RGB doesnt seem to help with the WHITE color. The 'SCREEN , BLK Level & Contrast" dial doesnt help either. AM i missing something?

Generally this is adjustable with the colors.
White will be off if any of the individual colors are off.
Best if adjusted with a color bar screen.
What kind of game/cabinet setup is this in? (JAMMA, MAME, etc)
And what model WG is it?

I used color bar to adjust the color. RGB look fine. Its only the white bar looks like a thin black line that fades to grey. :hissy:. It's in a Mortal Kombat game. wg25k7193

may be a weak crt . but try this adjustment and see what happens....
w/test pattern displayed ( or stationary video ),
turn contrast and brightness to minimum
turn screen grid up or down until image is barely visable.
then turn up contrast and brightness to desired levels.
with a greyscale display ( steps from blk to white) adjust r,b,g drives so as to have white when properly balanced.
note ; white balance can be difficult to impossible on very weak tubes .
sencore cr70/ cr7000 are examples of crt tester/rejuvinators
