Title: Newb needs help. STV won't work

I just bought an STV with Radiant Silvergun. I can't get any audio or video output from it. The LED light on the board goes on, so I guess it's getting power, but that's it. My JAMMA cabinet works fine with other boards so I'm pretty certain that's not the problem. I'm not very great with arcade stuff, so it could be that I'm just doing something stupid. What can I try try?
