Title: Mame new rom updates

I have my cab together, and its been fun, I'm looking for a site that tells me of new and updated roms... I can't seem to find one that lists things like this by date...some do but the list is limited.

I'm not sure if this is what you're after exactly, but  http://www.mamedev.org/ (http://www.mamedev.org/) tells you what the updates have been about.

I'm guessing maybe you want to look up a particular game and see when it was last updated...

http://www.mameworld.net/maws/ (http://www.mameworld.net/maws/) can tell you when it was added to MAME and when it was last updated.
