Title: CP-program/template software?

Hey Guys
I am working on a cp layout and I recall there used to be online software to play around with different button layouts etc.. however I tried the link on main page and it is dead...any other programs or links around?

Its not a program, but a simple test method I made up was making smaller scale models of button layouts, joysticks, trackballs, and more on post-it notes.  Then just cutout a piece of paper in the shape I am thinking about for the control panel, and adjust where everything goes until it looks right.

I suppose you could use CPWizard to design a CP? Never thought of it like that though  :dunno

Sadly, I think that the Interactive Control Panel Designer is gone but not forgotten.  Don't despair.  There is another free Control panel designer offered by Mameroom Designs.

If you have access to Microsoft Visio it is a lightweight CAD program that is very easy to use.  I am using it along with the stencils posted here:
