Alright,
Building a jukebox, probably already know that, and I'm collecting/researching all the parts that i think i might need. WOW, expensive! Not sure how much everyone spent on theirs, but there has to be alternatives to pretty much everything im looking in to.
Just gonna throw this out there, but heres a list of everything that im getting in to. If you could find it in your hearts to just throw out a little piece of info(website, store, software, etc) that maybe i overlooked. Or maybe you could toss in where you do your shopping.
List:(not including wiring, powerstrip, all that little stuff)
Monitor (dell 17") already own so not that expensive
LED lights (4 @ 12") saw them on superbrightleds.com for around 18 bucks a piece or so, not including the jumpers and mounting.
I-PAC from ultimarc.com. probably spending 30 bucks or so on this. (thanks Kevin)
Buttons from HAPP, typical for everyone i assume.
Using an old HP desktop computer as my main source.
External HDD to store my music
Plexiglass to cover the lights and logo. No clue on where to get cheap plexi. Any ideas?
Also, need wood. I can get wood, but is there a certain type that everyone uses?
Not using any speakers, just running RCA out the back and hooking it up to my reciever.
Covering my box in speakerbox carpet. Probably typical.
I think thats it. Probably missing a lot once i get it all put together.
If anyone could give me some suggestions on any of this at all, that would be much appreciated.
Thanks for helping me out.
Jamie

I'm assuming your getting buttons and an I-pac because you will not be using a touchscreen.
You can get buttons of ebay and http://www.dreamarcades.com/ plus many other sites. Google The Real Bob Roberts, he sells a bunch or stuff for arcades.
What are the LED Lights for? are they lighting the marquee?
Plexiglass, home depot or Lowes carry it i believe, that or lexan. You can find reviews between lexan vs. plexi on this site.

You might need to choice your software before buying any buttons, if you go for a button based software (examples ETC MultiJuke, SK-Jukebox, DWJukebox, Arcade Jukebox 8 or such).
Some software can grandting use a spinner for better controls for pageflipping as well.
