I know the game used some weird 57 Hz frequency so was the monitor different than a normal medium resolution monitor?  Thanks for your input.

Equipment Characteristics
Video Display Monitor
• 25” (63.5 cm) CRT
• Medium Resolution RGB
• DIP Switch U12-2 sets resolution
• SIO Jumper J2 sets sync polarity

Looking at the dipswitch settings it shows it to be switchable between medium res and low res. So it should also be able to run on a standard resolution monitor as well as the medium res. Probably came with a medium res in the dedicated cab, but can also still be installed in a conversion cab with a standard res monitor.
