How do you get windows to stop giving the sticky key message?
-
I believe it gives you the option to disable it when the message pops up. I know I don't get it on any of my computers any more.
-
Control Panel -> Accessibility Options
-
i disabled it but somehow my daughter keeps getting the pop up.
-
Just keep turning it off and testing if it worked, I remember having to mess with it several times before it finally stopped.
-
You can do it via the registry. Just google for "reg hack disable sticky keys"
-
No need for a registry hack here.
Just go to control panel -> Accessibility options, as mentioned. But as well as unchecking 'use sticky keys', you need to go into the options and disable the shortcut.
You'll want to do Filter keys too.
-
You have to disable it like I did here...
Uncheck the following box.
