This can be moved to any better section if someone thinks it fits better elsewhere...
I am tired of the "cut and re-crimp" method of repairing problems or making changes in my CP.
So, I am looking for an adapter that may or may not exist.
It would have the .187 female QD connector (i.e. to connect to the cherry switches) on one end a screw terminal on the other to accept the wire. Ideally, it would be able to handle anything up to 16 AWG wire.
Has anyone seen anything like that?

It is unlikely that anything like that exists. You could solder single-input terminal blocks (the type with through-hole mounting posts) directly to the tabs of your microswitches though. The tabs of microswitches already have holes so it would be easy to through-hole solder something to them.

Yeah! Just use terminal blocks like these....
You can break them off the block into individual ones and run a wire with a crimp connector on the end to your switch. The other side then gives you a screw terminal.
