Title: Can I unplug the LEDWiz USB cable while the PC is ON?

Would pulling the USB cable from the LEDWiz while the computer is ON going to cause any problems?

I'm glad that you are asking all these questions...  I had the same ones and now they are being answered.  This stuff is great and I learn so much on this forum!
