Title: Randy fromm dvd order

Hi guys,

I ordered a dvd from randy about 6 weeks ago but i've not heard anything from him, I've left about 10 emails but no reply does anyone know if theres anything wrong ?
I've been emailing him on the address on his website so not sure if theres any problems there.

I got my set a few weeks ago.  After three weeks and no delivery I emailed a few times and didn't get a response.  Then I sent this message:

"Please provide a status on this order. It has been 25 days since I placed (and paid) for the order. It should not take 4 weeks to ship a DVD(s). I have sent a previous email that has gotten no response. Please provide an update on this ASAP. If I do not hear anything or recieve the package in the next few days, I will be filling a stop payment order with Mastercard."

and the next day I got this response back from him:

"Sorry for the delay. Personal problems.


I will ship your Package Deal today.


Randy"



I received the DVD's about a week later.
