Title: Where does everyone get their vinyl siding?
Post by: Spaced Ace on December 23, 2007, 02:59:00 pm
Quarter Arcade is sold out.  I was just wondering if anyone has a really good vendor that is pretty much reliable and have good vinyl product.  All I can find is 2 ft by 40 or 60 foot rolls.  And there isnt really much to choose from other than counter top or floor vinyl.

I just picked up some vinyl this past week.

I went to every sign shop here in San Diego looking for 30" vinyl.  Nobody had it.

Finally, one of the shops pointed me in the direction of their local supplier.  They had 30" x 10 yard rolls of black vinyl rolls for under $30!

Better yet, I was able to check out their scrap section and found the perfect green vinyl I needed in 30" x 4 yard section for $10.

So... I would call a local sign shop and ask who their local vinyl supplier is.  You can get some great deals.

Search for vinyl. I used the Black Pica.

Parts express has had very favorable reviews by people on here. They are affordable, and have a good selection. Unfortunately, they don't have extra wide rolls if you are considering cabinet side application. For control panels and small machines, it works great. I will be placing an order thru them shortly for some CP's and my pacman cocktail.
