I have two different new repros already from vendors and neither are an exact match to the "original" one. Yes, I'm that purist! Let me know if you have a verified NOS CPO you'd like to sell. Thanks and Merry Christmas to ya'll.

You're right. That is a repro...I already have that one. Notice the outline at the bottom of ms pac's feet at P1. On the original that Pink outline curves down and around the feet. That is a repro. But thanks for responding.
Neilyboy got was luckt enough to get a genuine NOS CPO (pic below)...notice again the feet area of P1, also there is more definition and highlights of the eyes and mouth, etc. The repro versions are really lacking in that regard.

im more interested in the detail of ms pac on the original it is more defined
adn all 3 pacs are dif
the repro has no detail and all are the same
but I see what you mean abotu the feet now

mine of course had a nasty crease in it from the top to the bottom at an angle as you can see starting right of the joystick at the top and ending left of the player buttons at the bottom. These overlays are pretty thick stock and I was not able to get the crease out by applying it with a burnishing tool and heat. So if he does have NOS make sure you get a pic of it first or at least a good description of the shape of the piece cause more than likely the blemishes will stay with the overlay even after applied.
There was a guy selling a full NOS CP overlay and the black powdercoated CP still new in box it was awesome. Of course it was after I had my CP restored and back together but he listed it twice at B.I.N. for 50 bucks and no one took it. Would have been well worth it had I not already completed mine.

yes there is a very big differance in the repro vs the nos your not smoking anything
