Title: Looking for old Street Fighter 2 control labels

I'm looking for the... well, they're sort of instructions for Street Fighter 2. They go under the plexiglass and describe the button actions, as can be seen here:

I've have the newer one floating around, but that's not what I'm looking for

Does anyone have one that can provide a scan? It's just not the same without Fierce and Roundhouse next to my blue buttons.  ;D    Thanks in advance.
