Title: Gameplay Movies - Cool site with TONS of avi's!
Post by: jacenwon on December 18, 2007, 01:26:30 pm: i'm a huge fan of circo's emumovies, however, the collection stops at "O"... can't wait for him to complete the project :)

meanwhile there's this site i stumbled onto: http://www.progettoemma.net/avi.php (http://www.progettoemma.net/avi.php)
as far as i can tell, there's damn near every (view worthy) video clip of gameplay. just click the name of the game to download the avi file.

Hate to complain about freebies, but the first one I went to get DoDonPachi is just the boot sequence of the game up to the title screen. Its not representative of gameplay. I went to Xevious and that one is the title screen, on to Donkey Kong, and again its just a few seconds after the games starts.

Of the few I looked at, if the game has a good demo within the first few seconds, these videos are OK, if not, I'd rather just have a screen shot. Do they also all have the DivX stamp on them? :P

could we team up and do a letter each or something and collate them somewhere, hard to know if we'd be breaking rules as the sites in italian

my connection is rubbish too, but im happy to upload batches of files if this is doable.

gonna have to get my mates italian wife to translate an email, we should ask permission if we try to do this.

Be aware, it's more than 3.5 gigs of data.
