Take a look at this Rastan that happens to be for sale in my town.

It's a Donkey Kong cab right? I figure it's worth a buy if it stays under a couple hundred, being a Donkey Kong cab. But I just know that it'll sell over $400, which is out of my price range right now. Should I jump on this thing?
EDIT: Duh, nevermind the beige T-molding and blue paint are a dead giveaway that it was a DK. But the question still stands. How much do you think this thing is worth?

MKFAN, you should check out this special gravity defying MK2 cab :laugh2:. But I bet your arms get REEEEEAAALLLLYYY tired playing it though! ;D ;D

$50 if it doesn't work. If it works $60.
oh, and the T-molding is supposed to be white. :) it's just old and nasty. I bought an old DK cab for $20. Cost me about $300 in artwork and paint to get it back to DK.

Neilyboy actually converted a Rastan back to its former glory as a DK, check it out here (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=70324.0).

I bought my DK machine when it was just a little boy.... DK3. The shame.

I've always wanted two Mame cabs. One vertical and one horizontal, but I was planning on building a Ms. Pacman or a Galaga. If I can grab this for a hundred, then it'll be my vert for sure. Mame cab, 19" arcade monitor, DK artwork, little Nintendo joystick, maybe I'll add a second button.... but then what about the trackball games like centipede? :banghead:
Man, this is hard :timebomb:

I received 2 Rastan games in some nice cabs for free. Not DK cabs but i am not sure it is worth a couple hundred just becasue it is in a DK...maybe 100 or so.
yes even though it has a defender marquee and in a Joust cab...it was a Rastan game.

WTF, was Rastan that good of a game that it replaced these classics? ;)
