i recently picked up a revolution x - 3 person shooter machine, and noticed that the horizontal stretch is a good 3 inches off the sides of the screen :( i got to the monitor adjustment board, and didn't notice any horizontal "stretch" dials anywhere, but did notice that one of the resistors was VERY warm.
Would anybody happen to know if this is common for this machine? is there any other way for me to adjust the horizontal stretch? i also noticed that there's no red when i ran the color test. common for this machine?
all help is greatly appreciated!!!

need to know the model/make of the monitor before making any suggestions, width problems can be caused by capacitors/adjustments or transistors(depending on model)

All RevX I've seen have had K7000 in them. Of course the monitor could have been replaced, but I'd go with that.

maybe best to take some photo's of the monitor chassis and the actual displayed problem
