Title: Setting up a WG D9100 19"

I have in my possession a brand new WG D9100. I had some problems getting it to look good, until I found the focus knobs in the back. I also downloaded a service manual for it, and it says I can get into a service mode, with the focus grid and all that, from pressing Menu and Down at the same time for 3 seconds. I cannot seem to make it happen though, so I was looking for anyone else with the same monitor that can maybe tell me what I might be doing wrong?
