I had a working power supply, until I put my Dig Dug cab back together... according to the wiring guide I have everything right but I get no response and really bad humming from the transformer. I know AC power is getting through since the monitor ticks on but no boot of the game or anything like that... ideas? did I do something wrong? :dunno I'm at a loss!
edit: It's officially called a Atari Transformer Color Vector Assembly

Anybody?!?! I'm a bit desperate since I can't find an answer anywhere... did I not wire something right... ground problem? anything?!?!

Dig Dug is not a vector game. You could easily have the wrong power supply.

That's something I didn't consider... any idea what the original would've looked like?

The picture you linked to is for a Tempest. What are the numbers on your power supply?
