Title: Atari Tetris bezel instruction cards

Does anyone have any scans or high-res closeup pics of the atari tetris instruction cards?
I've been searching for a couple of days and haven't came up with anything yet.

They don't have them.

They have the tetris plus, and sega tetris instriction cards, but not the
atari tetris cards.

there is a tettris bezel with instcard available
