Title: Did Gorf come with a Midway manufactures plate?

Does anyone know if Gorf is supposed to have a Midway manufactures plate on the back?  Mine does not and I'm wondering if it is missing or not.  I didn't notice any holes where it would have been mounted.

I just went and looked at the back of my Gorf and there isn't one on mine either.   My cab is all original, so I'd vote for never had one...

I've got a cab here that started life as a Gorf-  no plate on it.
