Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm BAconnn!  The Meat Formerly KNown as Pig.
Try it with just a little maple syrup - it's not just for breakfast anymore.

Honorable mention: ham and pork chops.

You know what... Pork chops rock.  Easy to cook, tastes great... Heck, any meat that goes well with apple sauce...   I just don't cook pork chops enough.  Maybe I will make some this week.

Anyone have any good pork chop recipes?  I usually just pan fry them with salt and pepper.  Maybe with a bit of breading.

I enjoy a good pork chop also!  I've actually found that the 'Shake 'N' Bake' stuff for pork chops is surprisingly tasty and so easy to make. :applaud:

Accidental Reply.

Pork chop with some 'Lemon Pepper'.

Just pop it under the Grill.
