Title: Politics & Religion Access
Post by: saint on December 02, 2007, 07:32:12 pm
After considering everyone's opinion on the accessibility of the politics and religion forum, I will be making the forum "opt-out" as soon as possible. Currently I am unable to install the mod to the forum to make that possible. Until that mod is installed, I have hidden the politics and religion forum (it's essentially "opt-in" for now). If you'd like access (check to see if you have it first, the active participants were automatically granted access), see this post (http://forum.arcadecontrols.com/index.php?topic=69493.0).

I suppose that's a livable compromise. :-\

Saint, do new members who join here automatically have access to PnR? I'm not so sure new members seeing long time members calling each other names is a very good idea? I think it may turn some people off and not think this is a place they want to be if they read some of the stuff I've seen in that area.

If they have such thin skin as to be scared away by semi-intense political discussion I say SCREW `EM,  they don't need to be here anyway!

I love debating politics...what goes on in P&R is 99% of the time is not debate unfortunately.
