Hi everyone a while back i had ask help on building a sit down arcade cabinet. and havn't had the chance too.
So here i go again i rather build a bartop MAME and later on maybe an Xbox just for car racing games.
i bought a Pole Position wheel and i also bought a Smith's 1 racing formula wheel with pedals.

Please give me idea's as too how can i convert the wheel to a bartop aracde just for racing games ?
How do i hack the wheel ??

If you are doing it bartop...I'd try to find a wheel with paddle shifters, and use those for stop/go.

like what ??? and how do i wire this to buttons?? and the wheel ???

Have you searched anyone else's driving cabinet builds in the project announcements? You're asking for quite the write up on a topic that has been covered before.

what i mean is how the heck do i wire the wire so i can use the steering wheel on MAME or PC games too..
what do i need a Opti-Pac ?? and change the POT ??
I been reading but i'm new to this..
Is there anyone here in NYC that can show me how or call me ???
