Time for something pants wettingly good!
My artwork arrived today. Its printed on 400gsm Self Adhesive Vinyl in 100 year UV pigmented inks, its rated for ip56 all weather use! (I'm only using it on the cab though). Got all my art except my marquee printed on one A0 sheet. This includes both Side Art, Kick Plate, Sub CP, 3X Main CP, Coin Slot Cover and enough logo's and betty images to go completely nuts.

I made a small alteration to my designed artwork to allow all of the background gradients to flow from blue to pink. After a test print I decided to change it. Cant start cutting it till tommorrow as I wanna make sure I get a good quality knife to trim it. I cant recommend getting your artwork done proffessionally enough. I did the artwork for my last cab on glossy photopaper and covered everything in perspex. Let me tell you there is no comparrison! Now if you'll excuse me I have to go and caress my artwork lovingly....
;)
Decided to get the instruction card and marquee finished and out of the way. The original BGB marquee was just printed onto matt paper and laminated as a test. I found that when the soundreactive marquee kicked up occasionally the marquee just completely went blue, this wasnt quite the effect I was after so swapped the colours around and got it printed onto glossy film.

It came out really well and picks up the light beautifully. It cost me the sum total of £1.85 to get it printed, couldn't be happier with the price!! Betty stays visible now all of the time and only the background and glows are noticeable effected by the sound reactive light. Thats now all of the cabinet artwork done!
