I watched the original video, and combined with it not being from a mainstream news outlet I figured it was fake. That's some crazy ---steaming pile of meadow muffin--- right there.

Oh, I thought ITN was a reasonably reliable news source. UK based maybe, but still. Besides, it was on Discovery.

I find these things on one of the major the dutch news sites, but I assume not many people understand dutch, so I look for a similar article in english.

It does look too weird though. It's funny how the doc says "I've never seen anything like this in my entire career"  ::)

The  main thing that stuck with me on the first watch was "How exactly did he get his pants on over those feet?" Oh and the cigarette thing struck me as odd too.
