Title: Front end recommendation

Here's what I need from a front end:
I'm building a bartop specifically for vertical games.  I'm using a laptop that won't let me rotate the screen.  I know in MAME you can manually rotate the game so I'm fine there.  I need a front end that would rotate by itself and not need the computer to be in that orientation.  If anyone could recommend a FE and how to set it up, I would greatly appreciate it.
