Does anyone have the color codes for the orange paint used in the Donkey Kong Jr Cabs?

I know you have asked this question in another thread, but I thought I'd add some answers to this thread as well in case anyone comes across it looking for all things Donkey Kong like me ;)

Paint codes from Lowes (color matched from a chip from a cabinet): Lowes Enterprise brand ceimi Gloss Enamel (oil based)
First Tinting: 116-23.5 / 111-2Y9.5 / 113-14.5
Second Tinting: 113-30

For the black trim, coin door and marquee holders on both DK and DKJr I just used satin black rustoleum spray paint.

That's all I could easily find.. I'm really surprised there is not a database somewhere with everyone's attempts at color matching paint samples. As said before I think color matching to a virgin spot is the best option, but if you are converting a DJ Jr. machine to a DK machine like me, you don't have any blue to color match. I'll be relying on Neilyboy's paint codes for that.
If it were cheap enough and helpful enough to people restoring a DK Jr. machine, I might be willing to grab a color chip off of my DK Jr. machine and get it matched (before I paint it blue). The real question is what base paint is the best to start with?? Without using the same base paint, the color codes mean nothing.
I've heard Lowes is pretty good for paint matching, but what about a dedicated paint store? I have a dedicated paint store by me that specializes in Benjamin Moore paint. I don't know if that would be any better than Lowes, but I'll check them out. I'm inclined to just go with Lowes though because it worked for Neilyboy and there's one right by my house.
