Title: Release: LuminAudio front end integration package
Post by: metahacker on November 18, 2007, 06:21:51 pm
Well,

I've written some scripts to wrap the LuminAudio-WIP engine from GGG/Randy. Each of the 4 main modes are supported, and a EXE is included for launching each:

- Pulse / Turbo
- Pulse / Normal
- Sweep / Turbo
- Sweep / Normal

Additionally, a LuminAudio_Close.exe is provided.

The AHK source is included in the src\ subfolder.

These .EXE's can go in your LuminAudio folder, or wherever else you like. They're expecting LuminAudio to be installed in C:\Program Files\LuminAudio_WIP. You can modify the .AHK script files to point them somewhere else and either run them directly or compile them back to .EXE's.

For GameEx specific info, see this thread:
http://www.gameex.info/forums/index.php?showtopic=4636

Basically, you just link to each of the EXEs from your front end... and have it come up in the appropriate mode, or disable altogether.
As this seems to play nicely with the GameEx LED/LCD plugin.. I would imagine the same will be true for MALA, etc.

Since I'm limited to 512K max upload here ... I posted the scripts to MegaUpload

Here are some video snapshots to go with each mode, taken with same music / camera angle... for your front-end-video-snapshot-joy :

Hello Randy,

I just started to play with the luminaudio and I have a quick question...

If I want all the LED on my CP to flash simultaneously at the music, what kind of WLA file should I use?

Can you point me to a "ready" WLA file or to some documentation about them.

thanks
