Title: Is there a way to use a custom game list to only copy the ROMs I want?

I'm building a tabletop cabinet, and I only have a 5 GB HDD.  I plan to have it dedicated to only 4-way vertical games that take 1-2 players, but I only want the ROMs on the hard drive for those games, rather than waste resources on a bunch of ROMs I will never use.  Is there a way to generate a list and use it to do a batch copy?

I'm pretty sure Mala will do this... sorry I can't be more exact as I don't have it installed right now :(
