Title: Thayers Quest, Digital Leisure dvd £1 in poundland! UK

For all you UK arcaders

Thayers quest is available on DVD in Poundland. Check out your local store.

They also have Dragons Lair 2 Timewarp, Dragons Lair 3 (rubbish but good extras) and have had Dragons Lair, Mad Dog Mcree and space pirates.

Worth keeping an eye out. Just waiting for Space ace now.

Not tried them with Daphne yet but they are proper Digital Leisure disks.

Thought about ebaying them but time to give a little back to the community!

Damn!!! If only we had one in Cornwall...

If there is anyone who can pick up: Thayers quest, Dragons Lair, Dragons Lair 2 Timewarp, Dragons Lair 3, Mad Dog Mcree, Space Pirates, DVD versions from there for me, then I'll be more than happy to pay the costs and postage and something for your time... Please let me know.

Can DL3, Mad Dog McCree and Space Pirates be added to Daphne.
(I haven't messed with it in awhile)

I have a spare Dragons Lair 2 and i will try and get Thayers today when i pop down town, had loads yesterday. Dragons lair 3 was the only one in when i got it but i will have a look for the others.

Daphne now supports "Game Downloads" of Dragons Lair, Space Ace, and Thayers Quest if you own the Digital Leisure DVD.   This is an agreement between Digital Leisure and the Daphne Team!

EDIT,  i think i know how to get them working , these dvds will work though definitely, look in my post in software for info

woohoo
just finished downloading the torrent and the poundland dvd of dragons lair has veryfied. its awesome, never played dragons lair before.
worth doing this if anyone wants to know , the dvds allow you to download laserdisc versions of the game, top stuff.
you need each game to verify and play.
