The laptop doesn't need to be high end.  Only needed for vertical 4-way games (DK, Pac-Man, etc...)

Yeah I have a P120 IBM 365x that is perfect for what you want, and it can boot from CF.  I got another for a sub mini Pac Man cab that never say the light of day.  Thats a P2 but it boot on standard 2.5 Hdd.

Dunno about shipping, depends where you are I guess.... ;D
