Title: Jukebox Skin help needed, backgrounds

I need someone to help me make a skin for my jukebox.  I am using freeboxjukebox.  I need to have some backgrounds made similar to the ones you see.  I would like to have the main background in black and have the outlines in blue.  I don't want the girls on it.  I would like it to look similar to the MaLa Applesque skin Shock_ made.  I have put text so you can kinda understand what goes where.  Anyone wanna help?

Here is what I would like to see the outline look like, maybe a little thicker?  The rest of the look is up to you since you guys are the professional.  Post some ideas and I will give you feedback.  So who wants to help  ;D  Please

I guess if I could just get some blue neon boxes in different sizes I might be able to do the rest.  I am just looking for a very clean look.
