Title: happ 49-1857-00 27" Flat Screen Monitor Bezel

do these work with most flat screen monitors?  Specifically the billabs BL27CB0P?  ordered this monitor yesterday and will be attempting to mount it in a mameroom ultimate arcade II kit.
