Now that my project is feasible, I can't do it with the Pac cab I had been planning... gotta be a real Ms Pac if possible. If anyone in the MA/RI area has a Ms Pac shell they would part with reasonably, let me know. In this case beat artwork is best as it will be repainted in a custom Ms Pac manner.
-
Does this mean that you will be looking to get rid of a pac-man cab? I'm interested if so.
-
If I can find a suitable replacement I would not have a specific use (or any room) for my Pac shell. I wouldn't want much for it.
-
I find it quite ironic that the pac cab "isn't good enough", yet you want to go thru the effort of getting a true Ms. Pac, then use a non-standard paint job on it?
-
I agree, mostly, and if I can't find a Ms Pac cab easily I'll just go with the Pac.
I'm not going to deviate far from standard... just swapping the pink and blue layers, probably, and maybe changing which layer the bottom ghosts reside on if they don't look good in pink. It will turn out well if I don't eff up the stenciling.

There's a trans-gender Pac-Man cab that's been converted to a Ms.Pac on eBay here (http://cgi.ebay.com/MS-PAC-MAN-ARCADE-MACHINE-BY-BALLY-MIDWAY-RESTORED_W0QQitemZ110190888477QQihZ001QQcategoryZ13716QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem). If that's what you're thinking of doing, it doesn't look bad at all. Though the front artwork doesn't fit with the coin-door.

for 15 hundo I hope it's filled with quarters

You're right, that's not bad at all, except the yellow T molding. I won't be broken up if I end up using this Pac shell.
