I agree - a great American. And I love the Metroid shirt too.

I love being a collector at my age because I tend to shock the guy im buying it from. I was asked how I even knew what millipede was when I bought it. THe game is 8 years older than me and I love it. I wouldn't let any of my machines out in public though because I would kill my self if anything happened to them.

Is his collection available to play all the time or just for that event?
Either way nice collection of games he had there, thanks for posting the video.

Legend :notworthy:

He had them on display at a Classic Arcade Videogames Exhibit in Madison, WI,
I found the rest of the clips after i posted here.
See more of his games in my other thread.

Looks like he put DISCS OF TRON in a TRON cabinet and added all the D.O.T artwork.
Looks good though!

I noticed something REALLY RARE in those clips.... I don't know if you guys spotted it, but in the first video was a "Death Race" Machine.
There was a story on here a few months back where one of the guys had got a kick panel and artwork from one. The machine having been destroyed by some idiot that didn't think it was worth selling. Turns out that the machine was in fact banned from distribution and that there were only about five of them in existance at all. So it looks like another one of those five has survived and is in the hands of somebody who cares about it.
Best Regards,

Thanks Fozzy! I did notice the Death Race machine, and my thought was "Why haven't I seen that before?". Now I know why :)

5 Death Races? Sorry, I don't think so.
If that's true, I've seen every one of them in existence.
I agree I have seen plenty of them floating around in Shakeys Pizza parlors and the arcades in So. California in the late 70s to early 80s.
5 distributed? more like 500.
Hey didn't they have that game in Jaws 2?
Oops make that 501. :laugh2:
